What You Will Do:

·As part of the SAP QA Testing team, you will partner with business users and SMEs to identify end-to-end SAP Supply Chain functional and business process test steps, requirements, data, and obtain business approvals.

·Work closely with team members from other SAP functions as needed to assist in identifying end-to-end test steps and data.

·You will also participate in manual regression testing for enterprise SAP projects.

·Work closely with automation engineers to automate SAP tests.

·Gather requirements from the business to identify what test data is needed and translate those requirements into an overall data strategy to identify or create test data at the beginning of testing cycles.

·Create and/or provide automation run reports to the business for review and approval.

·You may also work with the support team to:

oDevelop complex requirements for process or system solutions within the business domain, based on given business requirements.

oIdentify and clearly document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.

oMaintain expert product knowledge and use an analytical approach to find best practice solutions and opportunities for improvement.

oPerform root cause analysis for major issues.

oDevelop and execute plans and organize work to ensure efficient delivery of results to meet business expectations.

oCoordinate collaboration between the business users, other support teams and the technical team to ensure seamless support to the customer.

oProvide analysis and hands-on support for system upgrades and technical improvements, coordinating with the development and technical teams.

oCollaborate with the technical teams (., ABAP, SAP Security, SAP Basis, SAP DB support, to perform various activities required to resolve the incidents, perform the root cause analysis (RCA), tune and improve the system performance, etc.

Utilize your functional and technical (ABAP) skills to debug and independently analyze to provide optimal SAP solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT/related discipline and/or equivalent SAP certifications.
• 7-11 years of support, configuration, and testing experience in SAP modules that support the Supply Chain Logistics value stream with the core competencies listed below:
o Core SAP Supply Chain Logistics Competencies Required:
 Supply Chain Logistics Management.
• Warehousing: Efficient management of goods across warehouses, fulfillment centers, and distribution networks.
• Fulfillment: Streamlining order processing, packing, and shipping.
• Distribution: Optimize delivery routes and ensure timely product distribution.
• Inventory Management: Tracking of stock levels, goods movements, and inventory accuracy.
 Materials Management.
• Procurement: Handling of purchasing activities like requisition creation, sourcing, vendor management, and purchase order processing.
• Inventory Management: Tracking and management of inventory levels, including material master data, forecasting, planning, stock valuation, and inventory control activities.
 Transportation Management.
• Transport Planning: Efficient planning and optimization of transportation routes.
• Freight Booking and Execution: Execution of transportation orders, track shipments, and manage carriers.
• Freight Cost Management: Monitoring of transportation costs and settle freight charges.
• Freight planning and execution: Planning and execution of transportation activities, including route optimization, carrier selection, freight booking, and shipment tracking.
• Customs management: Management of customs documentation and processes for import and export activities.
 Warehouse Management.
• Warehouse Operations: Management of inbound and outbound goods movements, picking, packing, putaway, cross-docking, inventory management within the warehouse, cycle counting, and returns processing.
• Warehouse Configuration: Defining warehouse layout, storage bin and zone management, picking and putaway strategies, and warehouse activity types.
 Sales and Distribution.
• Delivery execution: Creation of delivery documents, schedules deliveries, and tracks shipment status.
 Extended Warehouse Management.
• Advanced Warehousing: Provisioning of features like slotting, cross-docking, and wave picking.
• Labor Management: Optimization of workforce productivity within warehouses.
• Yard Logistics: Management of yard operations, including truck arrivals and departures.
• Seamless integration of warehouse operations with transportation planning.
• Facilitation of collaboration with carriers and logistics partners.

• Experience of working with SAP Security process (and the use of FFID) and find, test, and implement SAP OSS request/notes for given incidents and issues resolution.
• Experience of working with various middleware technologies and solutions, within and outside of SAP.
• Experience of working with creating, modifying, scheduling, and monitoring SAP Supply Chain Logistics related jobs and job plans in a global environment using jobs scheduling tools and applications.
• Experience with minimum 2 full SAP implementations in the Supply Chain Logistics space, preferably at least 1 with S/4HANA.
• Experience of independently debugging ABAP codes to find solutions.
• Working knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management methodologies.
• Experience working on multiple projects and meeting project goals on time.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain critical thinking while balancing multiple tasks.
• Ability to work well within a team, focusing on building relationships with all project stakeholders.

• Experience with pricing, IDOCs, and Integrations.
• Good knowledge of Open Text ALM and how to use it for testing purposes
