Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in scripting, developing scoped applications, and implementing Vendor Risk Management (VRM) modules. This role requires a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and the ability to customize and extend its capabilities to meet specific business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  • ServiceNow Development : Design, develop, and implement high-quality solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including custom applications, modules, and enhancements.
  • Scripting : Write and maintain server-side and client-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Policies, Client Scripts) to implement complex logic and workflows.
  • Scoped Applications : Develop, maintain, and enhance scoped applications tailored to specific business needs.
  • Vendor Risk Management (VRM) : Implement and configure the VRM module, including risk assessments, vendor profiles, and risk scoring.
  • Integration : Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and data sources using APIs, web services, and other integration tools.
  • Customization : Customize ServiceNow forms, fields, workflows, and dashboards to optimize user experience and streamline business processes.
  • Best Practices : Ensure solutions adhere to best practices, including maintainability, performance, and security.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions and processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience : 7+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
  • Scripting : Proficient in JavaScript, GlideScript, and other relevant scripting languages.
  • Scoped Applications : Proven experience in developing and managing scoped applications on the ServiceNow platform.
  • VRM Expertise : Deep understanding and experience with the Vendor Risk Management module.
  • Integration : Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrating ServiceNow with other systems.
  • Customization : Extensive experience in customizing ServiceNow UI and workflows.
  • Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Certification : ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and other relevant certifications are highly desirable
