Overview

Weare looking for talented UI/UX Designer to turn our software intoeasytouse products for our clients. The candidate must havecompleted a course in UI/UX from a reputed institute with 1 to 2year of workexperience.

  • 1 to 2years of experience
  • Proven workexperience as a UI/UX Designer or similarrole
  • Portfolio of designprojects
  • Knowledge of wireframetools (e.g. Wireframe.cc andInVision)
  • Uptodate knowledge ofdesign software like Adobe Illustrator andPhotoshop
  • Team spirit; strongcommunication skills to collaborate with variousstakeholders
  • Good timemanagementskills

Role&responsibilities
  • Gatherand evaluate user requirements in collaboration with productmanagers and engineers
  • Illustratedesign ideas using storyboards process flows andsitemaps
  • Design graphic userinterface elements like menus tabs andwidgets
  • Build page navigationbuttons and search fields
  • Develop UImockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites functionand look like
  • Create originalgraphic designs (e.g. images sketches andtables)
  • Prepare and present roughdrafts to internal teams and keystakeholders
  • Identify andtroubleshoot UX problems (e.g.responsiveness)
  • Conduct layoutadjustments based on userfeedback
  • Adhere to style standardson fonts colors andimages

Qualification/Interest
  • Bachelorsdegree in design (UI/UX) from a reputedcollege/university
  • Course in UI/UXfrom a reputed institute

Salary
  • Annualsalary 240000 to 400000 P.ACTC
    • Salarymentioned above will have deductions such as PT PF ESI TDS etc asper government regulations. In hand salary after deductions will belower then the salary mentioned above. Detailed salary breakup isprovided along with offerletter.
  • AnnualIncentive/bonus based on yours & company s performance.Declared in March every year and credited inApril
  • Employee stock optionavailable

Otherdetails
  • Weexpect minimum 12 months job commitment from candidates. Norelieving documents are issued to candidates leaving the job beforethe commitment period.
  • Notice periodis 60 days.
  • BYOD We promote bringyour own device policy. Employees need to carry their own laptop towork.
  • Salary hike appraisal reviewswill take place annually in March every year. Annual salary hikewill commence from April eachyear.
  • Minimum 12 months ofemployment is required to be eligible for annual bonus or salaryhike.
