*Roles and Responsibilities : As a UI / UX designer you will be working closely with the foundersand the engineering team to deliver top quality user experience.*Responsibilities:

Gatherand evaluate user requirements in collaboration with productmanagers and engineers. Conduct layout adjustments based on userfeedbackIllustrate design ideas usingstoryboards process flows and sitemaps.Designgraphic user interface elements like menus tabs widgets and buildpage navigation buttons and searchfields.Develop UI mockups and prototypes thatclearly illustrate how sites function and looklike.Create original graphic designs (e.g.images sketches and tables)Prepare and presentrough drafts to internal teams and keystakeholdersIdentify and troubleshoot UXproblems (e.g. responsiveness)Conduct UXresearch (both primary & secondary) to understand usabilityuser preferencesAdvocate user perspective inall product design discussions to drive towards usercentricdecisionmaking

*Requirements:

AtLeast 4 years of work experience in designing great web and mobileapplications.Working knowledge of thefollowing technologies and software: Sketch InVision Vision HTMLCSS (SCSS) iOS Android Design Systems Figma and AdobePhotoshop.Candidates with a good onlineportfolio will be given priority.You possess aDegree in Design or related field from a top tierinstitute.You possess excellent communicationand interpersonal skills and can articulate your ideas to differentstakeholders.Ability to understand thebusiness problem identify the key challenges formalize the problemand prototype solutions.Consistent trackrecord of documenting synthesizing and communicatingresults.Must be selfmotivated flexiblecollaborative with an eagerness tolearn.
