Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Gymnastic Instructor with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at Nexus Jobs. As a Gymnastic Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching gymnastics techniques, creating and implementing training programs, and ensuring the safety of the participants. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience as a Gymnastic Instructor.
• Knowledge of various gymnastics techniques and coaching methods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire participants.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• First aid and CPR certification (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or related field (preferred).

Roles and Responsibilities

• Teach creative and technical gymnastics skills to participants.
• Create and implement age-appropriate training programs.
• Assess and monitor participants' progress and provide feedback.
• Ensure the safety of participants during training sessions.
• Demonstrate proper techniques and spotting methods.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with participants and their parents/guardians.
• Organize and supervise gymnastics competitions or exhibitions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in gymnastics.
• Maintain a clean and safe training environment.
