Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Gymnastic Instructor with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team. As a Gymnastic Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and training individuals in different gymnastic techniques and exercises. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience as a Gymnastic Instructor.
• Strong knowledge and expertise in gymnastic techniques and exercises.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire individuals of all ages and skill levels.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Certification in gymnastics or relevant field is preferred.
• Experience in organizing and conducting gymnastic events is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Instruct and guide individuals in various gymnastic techniques and exercises.
• Demonstrate and teach proper form, techniques, and safety measures.
• Develop and implement training programs and routines based on individual needs and goals.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of individuals and provide feedback.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of gymnastic events and competitions.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
• Maintain equipment and ensure its proper use and storage.
