Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist with expertise in Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT) and Incident Management. The role involves monitoring security events, responding to incidents, conducting penetration tests, and collaborating with IT and development teams to mitigate risks. The ideal candidate will have experience with security policy enforcement, incident response, threat analysis, and VAPT to ensure the organization's security posture remains robust.
Must Have Skillsets (Mandatory) - Incident Management: Experience in monitoring and responding to security incidents using established processes and procedures. - Security Event Monitoring: Expertise in using SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) tools to monitor security events and taking appropriate action based on policies. - Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT): Hands-on experience in planning and executing penetration tests on networks, web applications, and systems to identify security vulnerabilities. - Root Cause Analysis: Ability to conduct root cause analysis on incidents to identify security gaps and provide recommendations. - Security Policy Enforcement: Experience in enforcing security policies and procedures by administering and monitoring security profiles. 
Good to Have Skillsets (Optional) - E-discovery and Forensics: Knowledge of performing e-discovery, forensics, and other investigative techniques for internal investigations. - Threat Analysis: Ability to review and analyze threat analysis activities, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. - Security Trends and Threats: Awareness of new security developments, including vulnerabilities, viruses, and alerts. - Collaboration: Experience collaborating with IT and development teams to address vulnerabilities and enhance security measures. 
Qualifications and Experience - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field. - Experience: Proven experience in cybersecurity, focusing on incident management and VAPT, with at least 3-5 years in a similar role. - Technical Expertise: Proficiency with SIEM tools, penetration testing tools, and forensics tools. - Certifications: Industry certifications such as CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), CISSP, or equivalent are a plus. - Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify security issues and recommend solutions.
