KeyResponsibilities:

  • Forge synergies with hiring managers to decipher theirprecise technical hiring needs and develop tailored recruitmentstrategies.
  • Leverage a multipronged sourcingapproach encompassing online job boards targeted social mediascouting strategic networking endeavors and fruitful employeereferral programs to attract a pool of highcalibercandidates.
  • Screen resumes conduct initialinterviews and assess candidates technical skills experience andcultural fit.
  • Coordinate and scheduleinterviews between candidates and hiring teams ensuring a positiveand efficient interview process.
  • Managecandidate pipelines and provide timely updates to hiring managersthroughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepareand deliver compelling offer presentations to top candidates andfacilitate the hiring process including coordinating backgroundchecks and onboarding activities.
  • Build andmaintain relationships with technical communities universities andindustry professionals to expand our talent network.
  • Manage and mentor junior recruiters providing coachingand guidance to develop their skills.
  • Staunchly advocate for continuous learning by stayingabreast of industry trends best practices in technical recruitingand proactively implementing innovative strategies to optimize ourrecruitmentprocesses.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a Masters in BusinessAdministration (MBA) or a demonstrably relevantfield of study.
  • Proven experience as aTechnical Recruiter with a strong track record of successfullyfilling technical roles in a dynamic environment.
  • Indepth knowledge of technical skills tools andprogramming languages relevant to the software developmentindustry
  • Exceptional communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to forge strong rapport andengage meaningfully with both candidates and hiringteams.
  • Strong organizational skills and a keeneye for detail demonstrably adept at managing multiple prioritiesand consistently meeting deadlines.
  • An indepthknowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and proficiency invarious recruitment software with the ability to leveragetechnology to streamline hiring processes.
  • Proficiency in Reporting and recruiteranalytics
  • Thrives in a fastpaced collaborativeteam environment readily adapting to shiftingpriorities.
  • Experience working with diversecandidate pools handling US Recruitment and promoting diversity andinclusion in recruitmentpractices.
