As an Employer Branding Specialist at Mobigic Technologies Private Limited, you will be a vital link between our human resources and marketing teams, ensuring the development and promotion of a compelling employer brand. This role involves crafting a narrative that reflects our company's culture, values, and commitment to our employees. Your expertise in both human resources and branding will be instrumental in attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent.

Responsibilities:- 

  • Encouraging employee advocacy through testimonials, social media engagement, and participation in industry events can significantly amplify the organization's employer brand and foster a sense of pride among employees.
  • Leveraging their expertise to establish frameworks and processes to ensure consistent messaging across all touch-points.
  • Being instrumental in designing and implementing employee engagement programs that reinforce the employer brand.
  • To play a significant role in promoting a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, further enhancing the organization's reputation.
  • Be a key element in shaping a strong employer brand lies in fostering a positive work environment.
  • To prioritize employee well-being, work-life balance, and professional growth tend to attract and retain top talent more effectively.
  • Must able to craft Employer Value Proposition that aligns with the organization's values and resonates with the target talent pool.
  • Must be able to establish metrics to measure its impact on recruitment, retention, and overall employee satisfaction.
  • Regularly gathering feedback from employees and candidates can provide valuable insights for refining employer branding strategies.


RequirementsQualifications: - Masters in Management/Human resources/ Marketing/ Systems/ Industrial Psychology with background of IT domain.
