CoreResponsibilitiesincludes:

  • Developand implement various standard monitoring protocols (includingquestionnaires and survey designs) for different programmesresearch studies and third partyassignments
  • Lead M&E system and processdevelopment creating a framework and procedures for the monitoringand evaluation of project activities.
  • Developproposals for conducting baseline studies process review monitoringand evaluation studies and impact assessment studies for variousdonor/partner organizations.

  • Managefield based data &information.

  • Supervise datamanagement and analysis in the requiredsoftware.

  • Provide Consultation andprovide input in synthesizing a process for utilizing baselineinformation indocumentation

  • Ensure allproject reports are produced on time with highquality.

  • Assist inevaluation of different donorsprojects/programmes.

  • DesignM&E training for inhouse Teams whenrequired.

  • Define and implement thekey project performance indicators (KPI) as well as monitor themthroughout the duration of theprojects.
  • Perform field visits toensure the quality of data collected by Programs and to verify theaccuracy of reported data.
  • Review andanalyze weekly reports to identify the causes of potentialbottlenecks in project implementation and to enhance quality ofreporting

Experienceand Qualifications: The candidate is expected to possess thefollowing:

  • Strongcommunication & Data Managementskills

  • Demonstrate ability to writequality reports (clientready) within the set timeframe
  • Total work experience of 1015 years; withstrong monitoring evaluation & researchbackground
  • Any graduate with an MBA in Finance/Economics & Statistics preferred & experience inthe social sector isdesirable.
