If you are seeking a career in Service Engineering, then Emerson has a great opportunity for you Based in India, the Senior Service Engineer will be in-charge of testing customer return material (Flow Products) & provide testing reports. They will also prepare repair proposal & arrange PO from customer for product repair and achieve customer repair PO, complete the same as per the promised shipment date and maintain all customer material record as per Emerson Policy & manage repair material inventory 

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Receive customer material & provide unique number (CMRN - Customer Material Receipt Number) to customer for future communications Test customer material & provide test reports Submit product repair proposal & arrange customer PO fro repairing the product After receipt of customer PO, execute as per the promised delivery Receive calls from various customer on product issue faced at site.  Provide solutions for repairing / replacement as per Emerson guideline, should customer product be under warranty Keep database update for any query Provide monthly booking & billing target to Supervisor and ensure to achieve Complete the in-house flow meter calibration requirement, if any Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need: Knowledge and experience in the Calibration of Flow & Rosemount Measurement Products Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Diploma / BE in Instrumentation or Electronics  Knowledge of HART, Fieldbus, Modbus & wireless Flow & Measurement Products is preferred Our Offer To You:
