What can you expect?
• The successful applicant will be expected to take full ownership of all Manual Testing deliverables, follow all test practise guidelines, and contribute to the existing test pack by execution and scripting.
• Candidate will have to take full knowledge of the application, productive in executing manual test packs for sprint and regression for releases, follow current test practice.

We will count on you to:
• 6 + years’ experience in the IT industry Demonstrable experience of working on successful manual test programs on enterprise scale applications or projects
• Estimate the work allocated on test activities and Create, modify and maintain TC for functional and regression test suites
• Participate in design discussions for new functionalities & Coordinate with stakeholders as and when needed to understand requirements
• Investigate technical problems and needs, identify their source, and determine possible solutions.
• Communicate effectively with team members and all the stakeholders of the project
• Good reporting skills to concerned stakeholders
• Work with test manager/ test leads to improve ROI of overall functional test
• To manage and work in Agile delivery model
• Compliance to CMMi level 5 in test delivery
• Closely working with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Testers and Development team members on requirements, clarifications, issues to sort out the bottlenecks in quality deliverables on time
• Helping in preparing the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts and support for UAT execution.
• Prepare and provide the Test Reports at the end of Release Cycle.
• Act as a subject matter expert in the functionality assigned for the project
• Maintains security, integrity, and business continuity controls and documents
• Responsibility on Quality of the products including Performance and Security
• Builds knowledge on emerging tools, techniques and technologies.

What you need to have:
• Exposure to test services between integrated systems
• Good understanding of manual test process and defect management,
• Good understanding of agile life cycle (end to end)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Sales, Marketing and Service module and testing application build on Microsoft Dynamics.
• Good experience in SQL and knowledge of data testing

• Shows initiative in gaining theoretical and practical knowledge in software testing
• Excellent Writing and Communication skills
• Strong relationship building and customer focus
• Ability to engage in multiple initiatives / implementations simultaneously.
• Experience in NON Functional testing is desirable.
• Nice to have Performance and Security testing experience
