Summary:
The incumbentwill:
Deliver the projects within FSCM PS GL AR AP AA BLCOPC modules of finance and controlling.
Have expertknowledge in Commercial business processes and working knowledge inManufacturing processes
that serves the specificbusiness lines and functions.
Thorough technicalunderstanding of endtoend manufacturing Project systems commercialsubcontracting
product costing scenarios Intercompanyscenarios Intercompany Markup calculations MaterialLedger
Banking Fixed Assets Lease Accounting bankingprocesses and implementations.
Have a detailed level offunctional and technical knowledge of Finance module and itsintegration with
Controlling (CO) Materials Management(MM) Order to Cash (OTC) Make to Deliver (M2D) and Procure toPay
(P2P) Project System (PS)
Have workingknowledge of SAP CLM HFM Serrala tax engines for US and Canada andtax setup for nonus
and Canada markets.
Havegood knowledge of S4 HANA configuration and testing.
Responsibilities:
Gathers requirements from businessusers for approved projects enhancements & support works toexisting
SAP configuration or objects
Developprototype test and implement various modules within FinanceControlling and integration with other
SAP or nonSAPmodules independently
Review and analyze solutionenhancement requests to determine complexity and provideresource/cost
estimates.
Works withStakeholders and ZTD teams to ensure that requirements are properlyconfigured in SAP and
development objects perform asdesigned
Perform thorough analysis to identify allpotential impacts for change requests
Proactivelyproposing solutions to improve the support of new and existingbusiness processes
Support the functional teams withissues and come up with solutions
Performs design andwrites specifications as needed for workflow forms reportsinterfaces conversions and
enhancements(WRICEF)
Perform Functional Unit Tests OperationalQualifications & Performances Qualifications as needed inHPALM
tool.
Follows processes to ensurecorrectness and detailed program specifications creates qualityconfiguration and
objects matchingspecifications
Partners with the business and other ITteams to provide innovative ideas to solve business ortechnological
challenges
Work with Businesscounterparts to ensure audit SOX and other compliancerequirements Job Description Qualifications (Training Education & PriorExperience):
Education:
Bachelors degree in arelevant field is required; Masters degree or equivalent ispreferred
Certified Public Accountant / CharteredAccountant / Cost Accountant preferred
SAP S/4 Hanacertification preferred.
Experience:
5 yearsexperience with SAP Finance and Controlling Modules within depthknowledge of R2R processes with
multiple full life cycleimplementations.
Working knowledge of SAP Project Systemfunctionality and implementation.
Detailed knowledge ofFixed Assets module including assets migration asset businessprocesses.
Working knowledge of Credit ManagementCollections management modules of FSCM
Detailedknowledge of Banking and treasury configuration business processeswithin banking
Detailed knowledge of General Ledger newledger Accounts receivables Accounts payables isrequired
Experience in life sciences / pharmaceuticalsindustry preferred
Demonstrated experience of various ITpractices including but not limited to project managementoperational
service delivery large projectimplementations
Must have done at least oneimplementation in product costing.
Working experience inedge systems like Serrala Tax engines for US and Canada.
