KeyResponsibilities:
  1. BrandStrategy Development: Develop and implementcomprehensive brand strategies aligned with the companys vision andobjectives. Identify target market segments and salon demographicsto tailor brand messaging and experienceseffectively.
  2. Salon OperationsSupport: Provide guidance and support to salon ownersand managers to ensure alignment with brand standards andguidelines. Develop training programs and resources to enhance theskills and capabilities of salon staff in delivering exceptionalcustomer service.
  3. ProductDevelopment and Merchandising: Collaborate withproduct development teams to identify salonspecific product needsand opportunities. Manage the development and launch ofsalonexclusive products ensuring alignment with brand positioningand customer preferences.
  4. Marketingand Promotions: Plan and execute marketing campaignsand promotions to drive foot traffic increase salon bookings andpromote brand awareness. Develop creative and engaging marketingmaterials including digital and print collateral signage andpromotional offers.
  5. CustomerExperience Enhancement: Continuously assess andimprove the customer experience within salon locations. Implementinitiatives to enhance customer satisfaction loyalty and retentionsuch as loyalty programs special events and VIPexperiences.
  6. Salon NetworkExpansion: Identify opportunities for salon expansionand partnership development to grow the brands presence in newmarkets. Collaborate with real estate and business developmentteams to evaluate potential salon locations and negotiate leaseagreements.
  7. Market Analysis andInsights: Conduct market research competitor analysisand customer feedback analysis to identify trends opportunities andchallenges in the salon industry. Use insights to inform strategicdecisionmaking and adapt brand strategiesaccordingly.
  8. BudgetManagement: Develop and manage the salon brand budgeteffectively allocating resources to initiatives that yield thehighest return on investment. Monitor expenses track performancemetrics and optimize spending to achieve businessobjectives.
