Job Overview

Qualifications and Skills
- 1. Negotiation skills to secure advantageous deals
- 2. Proficiency in Supply Chain Management practices
- 3. Experience in Vendor Management and relationship building
- 4. Knowledge of Contract Management principles and practices
- 5. Ability to assess and mitigate risks in procurement processes
- 6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 7. Import & Export knowledge for international procurement operations
- 8. Familiarity with furniture procurement and specifications
Roles and Responsibilities
- 1. Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet cost savings targets
- 2. Source and negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing
- 3. Manage contracts and agreements to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
- 4. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to optimize supply chain processes
- 5. Evaluate suppliers and monitor performance to maintain quality standards
- 6. Stay updated on market trends and industry developments in procurement practices
