Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sourcing Specialist located in Chennai. The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with procurement, contract negotiation and analytical skills. The role requires effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, as well as analyzing and assessing supplier performance and market trends.
Qualifications

  • Experience in procurement process and contract negotiation
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess supplier performance and market trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of procurement best practices and industry trends.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Experience in IT sourcing and knowledge of IT industry is a plus.
