The Technical Product Manager Lead is the product visionary. They are the subject matter expert on the
product's features and capabilities. They understand the breadth and limitations of the product. This role
tracks and modifies end-user usage to ensure maximum value at minimum cost, manages the product
backlog and roadmap, and is the primary liaison to the internal and external product stakeholders. The
Technical Product Manager Lead will collaborate with product and engineering teams to lead product
integrations and deliver valuable product improvements. Other key responsibilities include, providing
requirements, leading user acceptance testing, providing and managing technical support, analyzing
issues, brainstorming solutions, administrative duties, maintaining documentation, defining processes,
communicating to internal/external customers and escalating to management. All of these responsibilities
must be able to be performed with limited direction and supervision.

Job Description / Responsibilities % of Time
• Design and lead product vision development strategies that consider
product life cycle and business user needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define product use cases
and user journeys.
• Prioritize new product features to achieve maximum business outcomes
• Manage product backlog and roadmap.
• Ability to document complex requirements and acceptance criteria in a clear
and useful manner.
• Lead and/or facilitate user acceptance testing
• Maintain and create technical documents and user guides
• Lead and be the face of product demos, keeping in mind the "voice of the
customer"
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide subject matter expert support
• Ability to brainstorm product solutions for end-user issues
• Perform product setup, configuration and support
Lead and/or facilitate end user training
Experience leading/managing multiple projects, teams and stakeholders.
• Experience working with Azure DevOps Services
• Experience working with scrum/agile management methodologies
• Ability to plan, create and maintain SharePoint sites
• Ability to cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset
• Effective verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to adapt communication style to
suit different audiences.
• Effective facilitation skills. Should be able to facilitate group discussions at all levels and
consolidate feedback to improve customer experience.
• Attention to detail. Should be able to develop accurate written materials.
• Action orientated. Should be able to follow up on feedback to ensure positive outcomes.
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Proven decision-making skills ;ability to make and defend strategic decisions.
