Servir de ressource clé pour toutes les activités récréatives accessibles sur la propriété Fournir des renseignements aux clients au sujet des infrastructures de récréation, qui peuvent inclure, des piscines, une plage, une aire de divertissement/salle de jeux, un centre de santé et un centre d’activités pour les enfants. Encourager, recruter, inscrire les clients et planifier les activités de loisir. Promouvoir une atmosphère agréable et détendue pour les clients. Rappeler les règlements régissant les installations de loisirs et de remise en forme garantissant la sécurité et le bien-être des clients et des membres. Observer les activités dans l’installation de loisirs, répondre de façon appropriée conformément aux procédures opérationnelles locales lors des situations d’urgence. Fournir des services de caissier lorsque vous travaillez dans des installations qui comprennent des transactions de point de vente. Aider, lors de la tenue de réceptions privées dans les installations de loisirs avec des activités de groupe et des événements. Être conscient des situations possibles où les clients ne sont pas en mesure de participer, en toute sécurité, à une activité et informer le superviseur ou le responsable. Fournir de l’aide aux clients blessés jusqu’à l’arrivée des services médicaux d’urgence. Nettoyer et entretenir les installations récréatives, l’équipement et les accessoires.
Signaler les accidents, les blessures et les conditions de travail dangereuses au gestionnaire; suivre la formation en sécurité et obtenir les certifications. Suivre les politiques et procédures de l’entreprise; s’assurer de porter un uniforme de travail propre et complet; avoir une apparence soignée et professionnelle en tout temps sur les lieux de travail; respecter la confidentialité dans la diffusion d’informations propres à la bannière et/ou à l’hôtel; protéger tous les biens de la compagnie. Accueillir et saluer tous les clients selon les normes de l’entreprise; anticiper et traiter les besoins de service des clients; aider les personnes handicapées; remercier les clients en leur témoignant une véritable reconnaissance. Parler aux autres en utilisant un langage clair, approprié et professionnel; répondre au téléphone en utilisant l’étiquette appropriée. Développer et maintenir des relations de travail positives avec les autres; assurer le soutien de l’équipe afin d’atteindre les objectifs communs. Traiter les paiements pour la location d’équipement, les activités récréatives, la location d’installations ou la vente au détail. Se conformer aux attentes et aux normes d’assurance qualité. Lire et vérifier visuellement l’information sur différents formats (les petits caractères par exemple). Inspecter visuellement les outils, l’équipement et les machines (afin de déceler tout dommage). Entrer et trouver de l’information en rapport au travail à l’aide d’ordinateurs et de systèmes de point de vente. Se tenir debout, assis ou marcher pendant une période prolongée ou pour un quart de travail complet. Déplacer, soulever, porter, pousser, tirer et placer des objets pesant jusqu’à 25 livres (11,3 kg) sans assistance et des objets pesant plus de 50 livres (22,7 kg) avec assistance. Saisir, faire tourner et manipuler des objets de taille et de poids différents nécessitant une excellente motricité et coordination œil-main. Se déplacer dans des espaces étroits, confinés ou élevés. Se déplacer sur des surfaces en pente, non planes ou glissantes ainsi que dans des escaliers ou sur des rampes d’accès. Pouvoir faire des mouvements d’extension et de flexion sur les genoux, notamment se pencher, se tourner, tirer, se baisser. S’acquitter d’autres tâches d’emploi raisonnables lorsqu’elles sont demandées.
