Responsible for Softwaredevelopment and data integration needs of the Organization.Role
will manage and provideleadership to ERP Integration and Cloud Development teamto
deliver new enhancements;production support of Oracle ERP; Datawarehousedevelopment
and support;Integration systems and Cloud transaction services for entireJashanmalGroup
entities.

KeyAccountabilities:

Interact with business departments to gather user requirements andunderstand business
processesinvolved.
Review/Analyzerequirements documentation with Team Lead/Functional Consultantsto
finalize requirements determinebusiness case and finalize scope ofwork.
Perform indepth analysis todetermine the impact on existing business processesand
softwareapplications.
Design &develop software solutions to meet business requirements andspecifications.
Work on remotesystems and services and ensure timelydeliverables.
Develop softwareprograms using Oracle Developer Technologies(OAF/Forms/
Reports/SQL/PLSQL/TSQL/Java)as per the program specifications andensure
compliance withorganization s policies & standardpractices.
Develop Data Model/ETLPrograms for datawarehousesystems.
Perform Unit/Integratedtesting to ensure that software programs/modules meetthe
desired objectives andquality.
Prepare detaileddocumentation covering all areas of software developmentcycle
involving requirementsanalysis & design program development &testing.
Documentation isimportant for maintaining the team knowledge baseactively
contributing to keep allofficial documents updated.
Develop appropriate training programs and user guides to assistbusiness departments in
adoptingnew or enhanced softwareprograms/modules.
Maintain/updateProject management plans for regular progress reviews with teamlead
and applicationmanager.

Ensure service requests are resolved on time and users areappropriately kept informed
aboutthe progress.
Ensure skill setsare updated based on technologicaldemands.
This position will be onSupport and Project work. Business support is anongoing
objective. Projects aretaken up as per Technology and Business needs and you willbe
involved for work in yourstream.

RequirementsBachelor s or higher degree in any stream. Preference given toTechnologyrelated
stream.
Minimum 4 years of experience in software development usingwaterfall andagile
methodologies.
ITIL certification preferred.
Oracle certifications (OAF Forms Reports SQL/PLSQL)preferred.
Technology expertise
o OLTP Database structure designand development
o DataWarehousestructure design and development
oOracle OA Framework
o Oracle D2k(Forms/Reports V9i &later)
o SQL &PL/SQL
oTSQL
o Oracle OAF withJava
Sound knowledge andExperience in
o developing customsolutions & interfaces for Oracle EBusiness Suitewith
sound knowledge of Oracle AOLMethodology.
o developingWorkflows Alerts APIs and good knowledge of functionalareas
(Financials andSCM)
Proficient in SSIS ETLtool.
Proficient in Pythonprogramming and relatedframeworks.
Good team player& ability to work independently to meet projecttimelines.
Perform any otherrelated administrative duties as assigned by the managementfrom
time totime.
Analytical mind tounderstand the trends and improvise onsituation.
Should be extremelyorganized and structured in officework.
Excellent communicationskills. English is the officiallanguage.
Candidate must havework experience in Office 365 collaboration andcommunication
cloud.
