  • Operateand maintain drilling machinery including tongs wrenches andelevators.
  • Assistin the positioning connection and disconnection of drill pipes anddrillbits.
  • Adhereto safety protocols and procedures at all times to ensure a safeworkingenvironment.
  • Participatein safety meetings drills andinspections.
  • Performroutine inspections and maintenance on drilling equipment to ensureoptimalperformance.
  • Cleanand maintain the drilling floor equipment and surroundingareas.
  • Provideassistance and support to other members of the drilling crew asneeded.
  • Respondquickly and effectively to emergencies including blowouts orequipmentfailures.
  • Followinstructions from supervisors and experienced crew members toensure smooth drillingoperation


Requirements
  • Highschool diploma orequivalent.
  • Previousexperience in a similar role on offshore rigs preferred but notrequired.
  • Strongmechanical aptitude and physical fitness to perform manual labor ina challengingenvironment.
  • Abilityto work effectively as part of a team and follow instructionsclosely.
  • Excellentcommunication skills and a commitment tosafety.
  • Willingnessto work in remote offshore locations on a rotationalbasis.

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a similarrole on offshore rigs preferred but not required. Strong mechanicalaptitude and physical fitness to perform manual labor in achallenging environment. Ability to work effectively as part of ateam and follow instructions closely. Excellent communicationskills and a commitment to safety. Willingness to work in remoteoffshore locations on a rotational basis.
