Job Overview


We are seeking a Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role and be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving sales performance, and managing store operations. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving sales performance.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to train and develop store staff.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and customer loyalty programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
  • Certification in retail management or equivalent (preferred).


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage all aspects of the store's daily operations, including inventory management, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise and train store staff on product knowledge, customer service, and store policies and procedures.
  • Create and implement strategies to drive sales and meet store targets.
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing to customers.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and manage inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities to increase store traffic and sales.
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment for staff and customers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors to provide recommendations for improvement and growth.
