Responsibilities /Accountabilities:

  • Provide ongoing technical knowledge and consultation onSuccessFactors talent management product suite Predominently in theEurope and IMEA regions with some global scope.
  • Maintain and manage daytoday operation of SuccessFactorsmodules annual talent cycles and special projects.
  • Collaborates with other departments for processoptimization; Provides recommendations on configuration changes tomeet business needs.
  • Manages ongoing systemconfiguration testing and deployment across the Performance GoalsDevelopment Learning and Recruiting modules.
  • Project management of 3rd party integrations withSuccessFactors modules.
  • Builds and maintainscustom reports and dashboards; provides support in analysis ofsystem data.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve systeminterface errors system related issues and unexpected results.
  • Manage tickets for system issues andenhancement requests using ServiceNow.
  • Conduct quarterly enhancement testing and validate systemupgrades patches and new releases.
  • Maintaincreate and update system and process documentation.
  • Run reports and analyze as needed.
  • Develop document and maintain system admin procedures andemployee resource guides.
  • Continuously reviewsystem capabilities to align with future organizational growthobjectives.
  • Provide end user support andtraining.
  • Participate in current and futureHR system related projects.
  • Conduct audits ina consistent and timely manner and take actions to remedy anyissues.
