Responsibilities /Accountabilities:
- Provide ongoing technical knowledge and consultation onSuccessFactors talent management product suite Predominently in theEurope and IMEA regions with some global scope.
- Maintain and manage daytoday operation of SuccessFactorsmodules annual talent cycles and special projects.
- Collaborates with other departments for processoptimization; Provides recommendations on configuration changes tomeet business needs.
- Manages ongoing systemconfiguration testing and deployment across the Performance GoalsDevelopment Learning and Recruiting modules.
- Project management of 3rd party integrations withSuccessFactors modules.
- Builds and maintainscustom reports and dashboards; provides support in analysis ofsystem data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve systeminterface errors system related issues and unexpected results.
- Manage tickets for system issues andenhancement requests using ServiceNow.
- Conduct quarterly enhancement testing and validate systemupgrades patches and new releases.
- Maintaincreate and update system and process documentation.
- Run reports and analyze as needed.
- Develop document and maintain system admin procedures andemployee resource guides.
- Continuously reviewsystem capabilities to align with future organizational growthobjectives.
- Provide end user support andtraining.
- Participate in current and futureHR system related projects.
- Conduct audits ina consistent and timely manner and take actions to remedy anyissues.
