Job Description Success factorsconsultant
Expected 7yrs of relevant experience Sr. SF Functional/BusinessAnalyst. Expected 5 yrsof relevant experience Mid SF Functional/BusinessAnalyst.
Manageemployee data ensuring accuracy and completeness in the EmployeeCentral.
Collaborate with CPI teams to integrateEmployee Central with other HR systems and applications.
Configure and maintain the Employee Central system to meetorganizational requirements.
Knowledge and experience ofprocesses and configurations in Employee Central and itsintegration with other SF modules as well as on SAP on premiseHCM
Good knowledge of FO MDF objects Employee ProfileRules and Workflows.
Good knowledge in configuration ofEC with Time and Position Management etc.
Experience tomonitor Execution Manager Dashboard for Middle wareIntegrations.
Expertise in Reporting tool to fetch thedata in Employee Central.
Able to Drive Meetings togather Requirements from Business and to Collaborate with CPI teamsto integrate Employee Central with other HR systems andapplications.
Hands on experience on the businessknowledge of various HR processes to create or manage data in theEmployee Profile.
Provide support to endusers addressingqueries and issues related to the Employee Centralsystem.
Minimum knowledge to troubleshoot theIntegration failures in Employee Central.
Need tointerface with all stakeholders and help team with requirementsestimations reviews and leading from the front.
Need tohave worked with Agile SCRUM teams & have an agilemindset.
