Overview:The SeniorJava Full Stack Developer plays a critical role in our organizationcontributing to the design development and enhancement of ourwebbased applications. This position is essential in ensuring theseamless functionality and performance of our products as well asdriving innovation and efficiency in our software developmentprocesses.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Design develop andmaintain highquality Javabased webapplications
  • Engineer who can code and haveworked in the loan space preferably CLO (Collateralized LoanObligations)
  • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to define design and deliver newfeatures
  • Write welldesigned efficient andtestable code
  • Ensure the scalabilityperformance and security ofapplications
  • Participate in code reviews andknowledge sharing sessions
  • Integrate userfacingelements with serverside logic
  • Contribute tothe full software developmentlifecycle
  • Optimize applications for maximumspeed and scalability
  • Implement and utilizemicroservices architecture
  • Manage and optimizedatabases using SQL
  • Stay updated on emergingtechnologies and industry trends
  • Contribute tothe continuous improvement of developmentprocesses
  • Provide technical guidance andmentorship to junior developers
  • Work in anAgile environment to meet projectdeadlines
  • Communicate effectively withstakeholders and teammembers
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inComputer Science or a related field
  • Minimum of7 years of experience in softwaredevelopment
  • Proficiency in Java SpringJavaScript and related frameworks
  • Experiencewith frontend technologies such as Angular orReact
  • Strong understanding of databasemanagement and SQL
  • Proven experience indeveloping and deploying microservices
  • Goodknowledge of Agile methodologies andpractices
  • Ability to troubleshoot and debugcomplex issues
  • Excellent communication andcollaboration skills
  • Experience in mentoringand leading a development team
  • Strongproblemsolving and analytical abilities
  • Abilityto work effectively in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment
  • Proactive attitude towards learningand selfimprovement
