Job Description :


We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 11 years of total experience, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in full-stack development.


This role requires strong expertise in Java, Java Spring, and React (16+ version), along with experience in database management and product development.

Key Responsibilities :

Full Stack Development :


- Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable full-stack applications using Java and Java Spring for backend development and React for frontend development.

Product Development :


- Contribute to all phases of product development, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

Database Management :


- Develop and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.

Design & Architecture :


- Design and implement application architectures that meet scalability, performance, and security requirements.

Code Quality :


- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and industry standards. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Collaboration :


- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers, to ensure successful project delivery.

Troubleshooting :


- Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in the application to ensure a high-quality user experience.

Documentation :


- Maintain comprehensive documentation of the development process, including technical specifications, design documents, and user guides.

Requirements :

Technical Skills :


- Strong proficiency in Java, Java Spring framework, React (16+ version), and database management.

Experience :


- Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing full-stack applications with a focus on product development.

Problem-Solving :


- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.

Communication :


- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
