Company Overview: We Motilal Oswal Financial Service  a leading financial services firm specializing in broking, capital markets, and banking solutions. We are seeking experienced and driven Territory Managers to join our team in Vijayawada. This role is crucial for expanding our franchise network and ensuring the successful development of existing franchises.

Position Overview: The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the franchise network within the assigned territory. This involves acquiring new franchisees, maintaining and developing relationships with existing franchisees, and driving business growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing & Acquiring New Franchisees: Identify and approach potential franchisees within the mapped territory to expand the network.
  • Managing Existing Franchisees: Oversee the development and performance of current franchisees in the territory, ensuring they meet business growth targets.
  • Business Conversion: Facilitate the conversion process for newly acquired franchisees to ensure smooth onboarding and integration.
  • Cross-Selling of Investment Products: Promote and sell a range of investment products to both new and existing franchisees to enhance their service offerings.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Post-Graduate/MBA (preferably with a specialization in finance, marketing, or related fields).

Domain Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of broking, capital markets, and banking sectors.
  • Familiarity with financial instruments and investment products.

IT Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and presentations.
  • Competence with internet and email communication tools.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in franchisee handling or a related role.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, and client management.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on business development and growth.

Additional Information:

  • Age below 35 years is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
