PositionOverviewAs a Spa Therapist at Sunway Wellness youwill be responsible for providing professional and engagingwellness therapies and massage treatments to our guests. You willfollow Standard Operating Procedures(SOP) of SunwayWellness.


ROLESANDRESPONSIBILITIES

1.GoalBeing a Therapist main goal is to provideevery guest with a great experience and to provide a relaxingatmosphere.

  1. Behaviour Caringpositive attitude toGuests.
  2. SkillsPerforming different types of massagesbeauty treatments and wellnesstherapies.
  3. RecordKeeping Maintaining detailedrecords of massages treatments and therapies performed on each spaguest.
  4. Communication Communicating with guestsduring massages to adjust massage techniques asrequired.
  5. ProblemSolving Resolving guestcomplaints and reporting any accidents to thesupervisor.
  6. SpaArrangement Arrange work stationlike Bed Treatment room and drapes Towels Bathrobesetc.
  7. Consultation
    • Explaining massages treatments and therapies to guestsand providing suitable recommendations as needed and upsell whenappropriate.
    • Obtainsthe basic medical history for the guest assesses any problems orconditions and suggest appropriate Therapy based on current HealthofGuest
Inventory Monitor stock levels of Oilsand Creams and ensure that par stock levels are maintained at alltimes.
Ethos Ensure high standards ofservice is maintained throughout the spafacility.
