Position:SpaSupervisor

1.OperationManagement Oversees Daily Spa Operations toensure areas are well maintained & service is deliveredseamlessly in accordance with spa standard. Perform other duties asassigned by Spa Operations Manager or Director ofSpa.

2.TeamHandling Create weekly schedule for staffs.Maintain a cooperative team attitude withcoworkers.

3.GuestAppointmentsAnswering phones book appointments performcheck in and check out of all spa guests. Handle paymenttransactions of guests treatment and retail products completing allshift reports and paperwork. Scheduling spa reservations and upselltreatments to maximize room and therapistutilization.

5.FollowSOPFollow all company policies andprocedures.

6.Grooming Ensureuniform and appearance is tidy and professional in line withgroomingstandards.

7.RecordKeeping Document pertinent information in thedepartmental logbook and/or guest incident actionforms.

8.MonitorPerformance Monitor team performance & provideconstructive feedback forimprovement.

9.HygienePracticesMonitoring the guest areas of spa to ensure that the front desk spalounge locker areas & fitness facilities are at all timesneat orderly & wellstocked.

10.Visualmerchandising Merchandising & maintenance of neat& orderly retaildisplays.

11.GenerateRevenue Seek the spas ability to maximize revenues byanalysing the daytoday bookings future bookings and coordinatingschedules and services with lead therapist and receptionistaccordingly.
