  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve or exceed business targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to represent Apex Informatics and generate leads.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular reports on sales activities and outcomes.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT or staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT services and staffing solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
