Requirements
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT or staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of IT services and staffing solutions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
