Job Overview

We are seeking a junior Front Office Executive to join our team in Hyderabad on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. The Front Office Executive will be responsible for managing front office activities, including handling customer interactions and overseeing administrative tasks.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Customer service experience (Mandatory skill) with a proven ability to handle inquiries and provide excellent service.
  • Strong communication skills (Mandatory skill) for effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • Excellent organization skills (Mandatory skill) to manage tasks efficiently and maintain files and records.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer queries effectively.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tasks and responsiveness to customer needs.
  • Solid time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities within deadlines.
  • Proficiency in computer skills including MS Office and other relevant software.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain and organize office supplies and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating with other departments as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks as required.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues with a patient and helpful approach.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms as needed.
