AtSTRI we are hiring a Junior Graphic Designer for a Personal CareManufacturing Company based in Hyderabad. Our clients aremanufacturers of natural and sustainable body hair and oral careproducts.

Abouttherole:

TheJunior Graphic Designer is a key creative leadership roleresponsible for overseeing the visual and design aspects of thebrand. This role involves designing editing and creating visuallycompelling content across various platforms.

The Junior Graphic Designer will work closely with the marketingteam to ensure a consistent brand identity and play a vital role inenhancing the companys digital and visual presence.

Job Description/ KRAs
  • Design and Edit Social Media Content: Create and edit engagingsocial media content including posts stories and ads that resonatewith our audience.
  • Creative Ownership: Take lead and ownership of all creativerequirements at Saka Organics ensuring alignment with brandaesthetics and values.
  • Presentation Design: Develop visually appealing presentations forboth internal and external use maintaining a high standard ofdesign.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketingteam to maintain a consistent and cohesive brand identity acrossall platforms.
  • Assistand Ideate Photoshoots: Provide creative direction duringphotoshoots ensuring the final outputs are aligned with brandguidelines.
  • Optional: Assist in video creation and editing to further enhanceour digital presence.


Requirements
  • Minimum3 years of experience in graphic design with a strong focus onsocial media contentcreation.
  • TechnicalSkills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop IllustratorInDesign) with strong skills in designing and editingpresentations.
  • Bonus Skills: Experience in video making and editing is a plus.
  • Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating creativity attention to detailand experience in the beauty or skincare industry.
  • Passion: A keen eye for design and a passion for the beauty andskincare industry.
  • Education: A degree in Graphic Design Fine Arts or a relatedfield.
