Your work profile
As a Analyst in our Quality Assurance Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -
Our IT consulting firm is in search of a delivery excellence lead to spearhead our Quality Assurance for Operate and Application Management Services.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute Quality Assurance Framework Work with stakeholders to create SOPs, action plans and implementation roadmaps Track, measure and report performance, evaluate effectiveness Ensure Process and Audit Compliance, deploy and audit designed processes within defined timeframe Manage customer and stakeholder expectations and escalations Proactively analyze quality performance and process capability, identify and analyze trends and pattern Drive Process Improvement, identify and evaluate ways of standardization and automationDesired qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience on service delivery and AMS engagements within an IT or consulting environment is preferred Expertise in MS Excel, data visualization tools and dashboard creation. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information in an understandable manner to all levels of the organization.Location and way of working
