Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -Our IT consulting firm is in search of a delivery excellence lead to spearhead our Quality Assurance for Operate and Application Management Services.Responsibilities:Develop and execute Quality Assurance FrameworkWork with stakeholders to create SOPs, action plans and implementation roadmapsTrack, measure and report performance, evaluate effectivenessEnsure Process and Audit Compliance, deploy and audit designed processes within defined timeframeManage customer and stakeholder expectations and escalationsProactively analyze quality performance and process capability, identify and analyze trends and patternDrive Process Improvement, identify and evaluate ways of standardization and automationDesired qualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience on service delivery and AMS engagements within an IT or consulting environment is preferredExpertise in MS Excel, data visualization tools and dashboard creation.Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information in an understandable manner to all levels of the organization.Location and way of workingBase location: HyderabadThis profile involves occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.Hybrid is our default way of working.
