Role andResponsibilities:

We are hiringfor a leading software company in Chennai.

As anInside Sales Representative:

1. Responsible forachieving revenue targets (quarterly annual) through effectivesales funnel management for the assignedproduct/business.

2. Manage relationships withchannel partners for the assigned product / business and drivepartner enablement programs.

3. Drive on timecollections from channel partners and ensure payouts to the channelpartners are processed on time.

4. Responsiblefor MIS reports generation documentation and compliance for theassigned product / business.

5. Responsible fornew partner acquisition and amp; onboarding.

6.Effective reporting and adoption of various internal tools such asCRM Dialer etc.

7. The ability to handle multipleclient accounts.

8. Measuring tracking andanalyzing key accountmetrics.

CandidateQualifications:

AnyGraduate.

Experience of around 0 to 8 years inInside Sales.

Fresher should have internshipexperience with excellent communication skills.

Should possess understanding of the sales distribution and channelmanagement process.

Should possess excellentcommunication skills Should be able to build strong relations withkey stakeholders.

Good to have but not necessaryIT background either in education or in ProfessionalExperience.

This is a Work from OfficeRole.

You should be proficient inEnglish and Hindi with any one of the following languages PunjabiGujaratiMarathi.
