In this role, you will:

Strategic Leadership:
  • Drive strategic initiatives aligned with leadership and company goals; develop and implement long-term strategic plans in collaboration with senior management; identify opportunities for business improvement and growth.
  • Leverage risk and control background to align and formulate comprehensive strategies; facilitate decision-making and problem resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans; influence and lead key business partners to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives.
  • Demonstrate negotiation skills, especially with difficult topics when partnering with senior management. This includes the willingness and ability to question decisions, understand direction and escalate issues, where necessary.
Data Analysis & Presentation:
  • Create compelling presentations for senior leadership by analyzing complex data in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Develop insightful storylines to support critical decision-making processes.
  • Translate data into actionable business intelligence.
Business Enablement:
  • Execute and oversee a wide range of business enablement activities, including:
    • Headcount and hiring reporting.
    • Cost center management.
    • Creation and maintenance of reporting dashboards.
    • Drafting and disseminating business update communications.
    • Develop and implement best practices for operational efficiency.
Stakeholder Management:
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with stakeholders, peers, and senior management.
  • Drive and implement business strategies across multiple departments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external partners.
Process Improvement: Support automation and transformation projects; Identify areas for process optimization and lead improvement initiatives. Governance & Compliance: Drive and facilitate governance councils ensure adherence to Risk and Control Committee's governance standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 9+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, or management consulting with background in Financial Services industry and / or risk & control domains will be highly desirable.
  • Proven track record in leading strategic initiatives and driving organizational change.
  • Experience in aligning risk management strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience/Exposure with business intelligence tools and dashboard creation (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and SharePoint administration.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of risk management frameworks and control environments.
