Requirements

Overview:

Weare looking for a technical scrum master to oversee and guide scrumteams.


He/Sheshould have a firm grasp of agile practices and the ability toeffectively manage and mentor developmentteams.


Ifyou have excellent interpersonal project management andproblemsolving skills be it technical or nontechnical refer to thebelow mentioned Job Description for more detailedinformation.

ScrumMaster Responsibilities:

Using agile methodology values principles and practices to planmanage and deliversolutions.

Training mentoring and supporting scrum teams to follow agilevalues principles andpractices.

Determining and managing tasks issues risks and actionitems.

Scheduling and facilitating scrum events meetings anddecisionmakingprocesses.

Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to makeimprovements.

Planning and organising demos and product/systemtesting.

Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removingimpediments for the scrumteam.

Tracking project processes deliverables andfinancials.

Preparing and presenting status reports tostakeholders.

ScrumMaster Requirements:

Bachelors degree in computer science information technology or arelevant fieldpreferred.

Certified scrum master (Addedadvantage).

2 years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar senior role(Good tohave).

Working knowledge of agile methodology techniques and frameworkssuch as Scrum to deliver solutions(MUST).

Experience on delivering solutions using JIRA project managementtool(MUST).

Leadership and management experience (Good tohave).

Excellent people and project managementskills.

Strong communication and presentationskills.

Strong analytical and problemsolvingskills.
