**Roles and Responsibilities:

- The Scrum Master will provide oversight of the Agile framework to ensure operational
excellence in product deliveries. Provides guidance and helps educate the team in Scrum,
Extreme Programming (XP), Kanban, and Scaled Agile framework (SAFe), ensuring that the Agile
process is being followed. Helps remove impediments and fosters an environment for high
- performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement.
- CSP-SM / PSM III level Certification is advantage
- Safe4 Advanced Certification is advantage
- Knows the Scrum Guide by heart and understands the essence of it.
- Assess state of DevOps across the organization
- Conflict resolution skills and proven track record of working with multi-diverse teams.
- Facilitates the scrum process on scrum teams with significant cross-functional impacts
involving project or non-project work
- Guides the scrum team(s) and organization to follow generally accepted Agile/Scrum practices
and daily activities to actively promote prioritization, team readiness, and commitment for each
Sprint
- Uses empirical data to help the team(s) assess their Scrum Maturity, optimize scrum team
velocity to organizational KPIs, and identify improvement opportunities to achieve higher levels
of team performance
- Partners with Product Owner(s) to ensure continuous refinement of backlog, which may
include stories from multiple projects
- Knowledge of Agile techniques like User Stories, Continuous Integration ATDD, TDD,
Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing is must
management and reporting (metrics, KPIs)
- Track Progress/Report: Feature progress, Capacity, Burndown, Velocity charts
- Build and sustain autonomous teams while aligning with enterprise goals
