Purpose of the Role 

The custodian of this role is expected toensure & lead the financial reporting and analysis.

Principal Responsibilities

Lead financial reporting, and variance analysis 

Hands on with Financial reporting, Internal Finance controls (IFC) ITGC & risk control matrix

Liaise with the accounting team to facilitate period-closing processes

Lead statutory audit and analytical review of BS schedules along with preparation of schedule III.

Lead internal audit for the company

Working knowledge of physical verification of fixed assets, relative accounting and reviewing of Capital WIP (CWIP) ageing

Timely capitalisation of assets

Strong knowledge and understanding of lease accounting

Prior working knowledge of payroll accounting, employee reimbursements related happay and store reimbursements

Prior work experience in ERP implementation


Education and Experience

CA with 7+ years of accounting, finance, or related experience

Working knowledge of Ind AS

Ability to develop a deep understanding of the business and its key drivers

Strong analytical, problem-solving, conceptual, and critical-thinking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Advanced financial modeling and MS Excel skills and proficiency in Oracle
