To ensurethat all sales executives exceed the sales targets provided tothem.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence
UnderstandAnnual Sales Plan from Superior and cascade it to geographywiseplans
Report for review with the management team for analysis andapproval of the action plan
Help theteam to complete the Daily Sales Report(DSR)
Support the Team Members to get desired Leads per day and Check thefeedback
Identify potential customers and register opportunities &Providing the same to SalesExecutive
Help in generating Leads Via Digital platform PDP and ColdCalling
Improve leads closures by coordinating with otherteams
Create the data base for all influencer i.e. Contractors &Architectures
Consistently be in touch and follow the same to get the sales
Providingall attractive scheme or any other Benefits and Motivate all andarrange promotional activities withInfluencers
Personally visit all influencers/ Phone calls
Regularvisits /Interactions with old/New Influencers and submit feedbackreports to salescoordinators
Create the data base through market mapping with market size andavailability of total Dealers
Create theawareness in same areas through all PPA activities and with thehelp of influencer
To Coveror Reach for Zero Sales Area or Blank Areas to shortlist newdealers
Regularly visiting all Channel Partners and Motivate them toachieve sales targets
Maintaining a positive trend in the Dealer Market Share
Coordinatewith the Sales Executives and execute the scheduled meeting plan.
Allarrangements to be done related to the promotionalactivity
Responsible for conducting the mason consumer and engineersmeet.
Actively engage with all initiatives implemented by HeadUnit
