Act as the main functional point of contact for clients, managing expectations and delivering high-quality solutions. Provide leadership during testing, go-live, and post-implementation support phases. Expert-level knowledge of utilities business processes and Oracle Utilities products. Proven track record of leading functional design and implementation for CC&B, MDM, WAM, WACS, and C2M
