Role Description The Business Development Associate Fresher will support the growth of Brand Guide Master by identifying prospective clients, nurturing leads, and assisting with business expansion activities. This full-time, on-site role in Indore involves conducting market research, maintaining lead databases, and reaching out to potential customers through calls, emails, and meetings. The role includes preparing and delivering presentations about agency services, collaborating with the marketing team on proposals, and assisting in follow-ups to convert leads into business opportunities. The associate will also help document client requirements, maintain relationship records, and provide regular reports on business development activities to senior team members. Qualifications
• Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication.
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to identify potential clients and opportunities.
• Lead generation capabilities, including prospecting, outreach, and basic sales follow-up.
• Effective presentation skills, including creating and delivering professional presentations.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, social media, content, web design) is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical knowledge).
• Comfort working in an on-site, collaborative environment in Indore and willingness to interact with clients.
• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn with a strong interest in business development and sales.
