Role Description The Restaurant Manager role at 729 Grams Coffee Roasters is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily café operations, including staff scheduling, floor supervision, and maintaining service standards. This role involves managing customer interactions, resolving guest concerns, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality food and beverage experience. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for hiring and training team members, supporting inventory control, and monitoring sales performance. The role also includes implementing operational procedures, supporting promotional activities, and ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Qualifications
• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to create a welcoming and responsive guest experience.
• Experience in Hiring and team management, including training, mentoring, and performance oversight.
• Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with staff, vendors, and guests.
• Hands-on experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a café or restaurant environment.
• Proven ability to manage daily operations, including cash handling, inventory monitoring, and basic reporting.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and local regulatory requirements.
• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Café Supervisor, or similar leadership role is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by café operations.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
