• Supports the end-to-end Leave of Absence (LOA) process by coordinating employee leave requests, validating required documentation, tracking approvals, maintaining accurate records in HR systems, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• The process includes stakeholder coordination, leave entitlement management, reporting, and employee support throughout the leave lifecycle and return-to-work process. Based on internal leave administration documentation, responsibilities include leave request processing, entitlement management, compliance administration, and stakeholder communication

• We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional with experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, or leave administration. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing Leave of Absence (LOA) requests, coordinating with employees and stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, ensuring policy compliance, and providing excellent customer service. Knowledge of HR systems, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information are essential for success in this role.
