Job Description – Business Development & Sales Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for a target-oriented Business Development & Sales Manager to generate leads, develop client relationships and drive sales for landscaping, garden design and exterior solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Generate business through architects, interior designers, builders, developers and direct clients.
Identify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals and market research.
Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements.
Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial offers, and follow up with clients.
Negotiate pricing, close deals and achieve sales targets.
Coordinate with design and project teams for smooth project handover.
Follow up on payments and maintain sales pipeline reports.
Requirements
3–7 years of experience in business development, sales or client relationship management.
Experience in landscaping, architecture, interior design, construction or real estate preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, networking and deal-closing skills.
Existing connections with architects, interior designers, builders or developers preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic sales reporting.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
