A Back Office Assistant/Executive is a role focused on administrative and operational tasks that support a company's front-office staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include data management, filing, and record-keeping, coordinating with other departments, preparing reports, managing supplies, and handling specific administrative duties like invoicing or research. The ideal candidate has strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Key responsibilities Data and record management: Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records. Managing physical and electronic files. Processing documents like invoices and purchase orders. Administrative support: Coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth workflow. Preparing reports and presentations by gathering and analyzing data. Ordering and managing office supplies and inventory. Assisting the front office team with administrative tasks when needed. Operational support: Handling and resolving back-office inquiries and issues. Assisting with financial and accounting tasks, such as managing petty expenses and processing receipts. Performing market research and analysis. Compliance and policy: Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
