Dr Ashwani Kumar Vij : have been retained to select one : Vice President - Sales / Marketing by a Premier Real estate Development Company. Qualification / Profile etc Desired : MBA ( Preferably from Premium Institute ) with around 12 to 15 years of working experience in Sales and Marketing with reputed / Large or Mid Size Real Estate / Realty organisation in similar Position or General Manager Position would be the best suited for this Senior management Position. He would be responsible for Sales, Business Development and Marketing, Advertising, Budget Development and competitor analysis and Marketing Strategy formulation for Sales promotion of existing and new Projects. He should have excellent Leadership qualities and would also be required to select / build a team of aggressive middle management level Sales professionals in the near future. Experienced Professionals generally having 8 to 12 years of relevant experience would be considered for the position of : Dy General Manager / Head - Sales / Marketing for handling the upcoming - UP Based Commercial Projects / Malls / SEZs / Residential Projects.
