Position Title: Senior Sales Executive Work Location: Bangalore, India Work Setup: Onsite Work Schedule: Day Shift Qualifications -Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred but not mandatory -1 3 years of experience in B2C sales, telecalling, or a related role -Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role -Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences -Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills -Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build trust and rapport -Experience using CRM tools to manage leads and sales activity -Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple leads effectively Job Summary The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales performance by converting leads into customers through outbound B2C calls. This role plays a key part in helping individuals make informed decisions about their career growth while ensuring excellent customer experiences. The ideal candidate is proactive, target-oriented, and passionate about achieving results. Responsibilities -Conduct outbound B2C calls to prospective customers, providing detailed information about company offerings -Build rapport with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions -Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns to drive conversions -Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs -Maintain a high conversion rate through persuasive and consistent communication -Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services and programs -Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction -Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty -Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system -Track and manage leads effectively to sustain a steady sales pipeline -Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights for improved lead quality -Provide feedback on customer preferences, objections, and trends to refine offerings and sales approaches
