It also requires you to bring together different stakeholders/ team to optimize the efficiency of Asset support and optimize the support wherever possible.What you'll be doingPrepare, analyze, and report various project/ Asset Performance related KPIsCreation & management of Asset support/ business planWork closely with Upstream/ Integrated Gas Asset support teamProduce monthly dashboard reports for different projects and servicesRecord and monitor all project commitments, scope changes, estimates and spendingLiaise with delivery Managers to communicate performance against milestonesActively pursue cost saving opportunitiesIdentify improvement/ standardization scope and work with experts to implement the changesEnd to end project management (CTR finalization, Coordinate WBSE creation, Tracking financials, Technical progress, Value/ Impact delivery, Project closure)Manage large list of actions and handle large number of stakeholders with clear communicationManage deal risk (A) for commercial customersReview meeting for finance issues (with GSR)Review finance issues with in-venture/ asset financeFacilitate Asset Support HuddlesMaintain asset specific ways of working document for asset supportMaintain Stakeholder map'Document management in SharePoint/MS TeamsWhat you bringGraduate of any engineering degree is welcome to apply.Good Knowledge in End-to-End Operations of Oil and Gas Industry.Experience in E2E project management (Forecasting, budgeting, monitoring, value delivery, reporting and appraisal).Experience of working with Production/ Deferment, Safety, Wells, Reservoirs, and facility performance KPIsExperience in managing large group of stakeholders, ability to work with stakeholders/different teams with different priorities and deliver the outcome with no delaysKnowledge in End-to-End financial transactions & ability to work with other Finance operation teams and be a single point of contact to jointly meet the customer requirementsSelf-starter with ability to plan and execute work with minimal guidanceGood knowledge in accounts receivable process (Project creation/Billing and recoveries)Advanced experience in using SAP, business objects, Visualization tool and MS Excel.Good written & verbal communication and ability to collaborate and lead senior stake holder discussionsAbility to relate the work scope and link it to the bottom line of the organizationAbility to draft comprehensive work framing document/ process slidesAbility to prioritize and execute long list of deliverablesAbility to work in a culture which is open, direct and action focusedAbility to quickly identify improvement/simplification opportunities bring into practice Continuous improvement.Capable of working in virtual environmentAbility to sensitize confidential data (key competence require, while working with JV/NOV partners)Ability to work with teams (outside sphere of influence) and get the work doneNegotiation skills with Internal and external StakeholdersFlexibility in handling Ad-Hoc requestsLearner mind-set to evolve further in current role and open to take additional responsibilitiesWhat we offerYou bring your skills and experience to Shell and in return you work with talented, committed people on one of the most important challenges facing our planet.
