The roughly 2. employees assigned to the Terminal & Infrastructure segment deal with terminal-related activities and provide complementary logistics services at selected locations. Junior Executive PMO THE ROLE We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior PMO Assistant to support our FIS 3 Engineering Delivery team / Transformation Office. This role is ideal for an organized professional who excels at meeting coordination, data management, and administrative support within a project management environment. The role provides an opportunity to contribute directly to the success of engineering delivery projects by ensuring smooth coordination, accurate reporting, and consistent administrative processes. Key Responsibilities: Meeting Management:  Prepare, organize, and coordinate meetings including agenda creation, scheduling, and follow-up documentation Budget Tracking:  Monitor project budgets using Excel, maintain financial records and prepare budget reports KPI Tracking:  Collect, analyze, and report on key performance indicators across engineering delivery projects Excel Management:  Create and maintain complex spreadsheets, dashboards, and data analysis files FIS 3 Engineering Delivery Support:  Provide direct assistance to engineering delivery teams with administrative and coordination tasks Documentation:  Maintain project documentation, status reports, and meeting minutes Data Management:  Ensure accuracy and consistency of project data across various tracking systems Administrative Support:  Handle day-to-day PMO administrative tasks and stakeholder communication Required Qualifications MS Office Skills:  Advanced MS Office skills, especially in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data analysis Meeting Organization : Strong experience in coordinating and preparing meetings effectively Budget Management : Understanding of budget tracking principles and financial reporting Communication Skills : Good English (verbal and written communication) skills Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously Ideal Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or similar administrative roles First experiences with project management principles and methodologies Experience with engineering or technical project environments Familiarity with KPI development and tracking Proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Contact person Sunaimalar Arunjunaiselvam HR Talent Acquisition Manager Share this job Imprint | Privacy Policy
