We are currently seeking a Site Quality Manager, to join our Project Site, and this position will be directly reporting to HO Construction Quality Coordination Manager. Through collaboration and excellence in execution, our 17,000+ employees across 34 countries are fully committed to bridging prosperity with sustainability for a world designed to last.About the mission we offer you: The Site Quality Manager, will be responsible for ensuring the quality of all mechanical, civil, electrical & instrumentation components and systems within a project, by overseeing inspections, sub-contractors quality management, adherence to project specifications, and relevant industry standards, all while maintaining safety and compliance throughout the construction process, particularly focusing on aspects like material selection, fabrication, welding, and testing of mechanical equipment like pipes, vessels, and rotating machinery, civil, electrical & instrumentation activities of project. Qualifications / Skills: Bachelors degree/diploma in Mechanical engineering. Minimum of 15 - 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry or similar role. Minimum 5 Years of experience as Lead Role. Proven experience in quality management systems (QMS) within the construction industry. Strong understanding of relevant quality standards and codes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams Proficiency in inspection techniques and data analysis Leadership skills to manage a team of quality inspectors Ability to work independently. Certification in ISO 9001:2015 & NDT Level - II is a must. Certification in CSWIP, Bgas is a plus. Define and implement Project Quality Plan. Ensure implementation of Disciple Quality Plans where applicable. Establishment of an approved Project Internal IMS audit plan and schedule. Define and implement Project quality objectives / KPIs in liaison with Project management. Plan, schedule, conduct / participate in project internal IMS audit as per project internal audit plan and schedule. Follow up to ensure timely closure of audit findings ( internal / external). Develop and conduct Project quality inductions, where mandated. Facilitate Client / PMC audits in Projects and Home Offices. Liaise and coordinate with other Operating Centers on quality matters where the scope of work is shared. Conduct lesson learned workshops and quality awareness sessions. Participate in non-conformity investigations, root cause analysis and validate corrective action proposals. Review of Client / Contract quality assurance requirements and ensure collation, communication and maintenance of the same. Review of Project Quality Plan and procedures in liaison with Project Manager. Close coordination with Vendor performance Management and Site Quality Control on Quality performance Document and facilitate investigation into quality incidents and non-conformities customer complaints. Participate in Project quality reviews/ meetings. Participate in CNQ review and root cause analysis as needed. To be successful in this mission you should consider the following requirements: Implementation & maintenance of project quality plan at site. Develop and implement comprehensive Quality Control Plans (QCPs) for construction components, including inspection test plans (ITPs) and method statements, aligned with project requirements and client specifications. Preparation of quality dashboard & reporting. Review and approve sub-contractors quality deliverables including welding procedure specifications (WPS). Maintain detailed quality records and documentation to track inspections, non-conformances, and corrective actions. Lead the quality inspection team during material receiving, fabrication, and installation of mechanical components at the project site. Perform visual inspections, dimensional checks, and witness non-destructive testing (NDT) like radiography, ultrasonic testing, and magnetic particle inspection. Ensure proper documentation of inspection findings and timely clearance of materials and equipment. Deep understanding of mechanical engineering principles, relevant codes (ASME, API, etc.), and quality standards applicable to the oil and gas industry. Expertise in welding procedures, heat treatment processes, and material selection for mechanical components. Awareness of Civil, Electrical & Instrumentation activities at site. Knowledge of advanced inspection techniques like dimensional analysis, pressure testing, and performance testing. Effectively communicate quality concerns to project engineers, site supervisors, and client representatives. Coordinate with other disciplines (electrical, piping) to ensure overall project quality. Conduct regular quality meetings to review progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions. Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Lead internal quality audits to assess compliance with the project quality plan and identify areas for improvement.
